Eminem Kids Academy has been at the heart of the Australian-Turkish community, providing essential child care services from two premises in Northcote and Mary Street in Sydney.
In a case at New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the centre has won its long and arduous battle against the NSW Department of Education, which had previously revoked the Academy's license as a child care operator.
Visible from the publicly available court transcripts, Eminem Kids Academy had been thrown at a thick list of breaches by the Department which had suspended its license. The owner and sole director of the academy, Ms Emine Delialioglu has challenged the Department successfully at the NCAT and is now opening the centres from 10 April 2023.
Court transcripts indicate the Department inspectors shown no sign of co-operation and to make their case harder to fight, pulled together more than 60 breaches of conduct.
Ms Delialioglu had spent significant amount of funds and resources to fight back, and at a decision dated 8 March 2023, had won her right to operate the business.
While declaring the court's decision on Ms Delialioglu's capacity to operate an education and care service, the registrar recorded Ms Delialioglu's extensive experience and training in the early education area.
TVOA congratulates Eminem Kids Academy for its win, and wishing this successful Turkish business all the best.
Geçmiş Olsun!
