Federal Government enforces its mandate over relations with foreign governments.


Foreign Relations Bill has become a legislation with a record speed in less than a four months, allows the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs to cancel any deal made between foreign governments and states, councils or universities.

It has been widely reported that the bill aims at the State of Victoria's memorandum of understanding with China over Beijing Belt and Road Initiative.
